Collar and Bushing
Collar is placed outside the shaft and used as a fixed block for positioning each part on the shaft. It is a part of the shaft and can be disassembled.
Bushing placed outside the shaft to reduce friction and wear when the shaft is rotated. It is not part of the shaft and cannot be disassembled.
