Titanium : Grade 1, 2, 3, 4

Unalloyed commercial pure titanium is represented by four different grades, namely 1, 2, 3, and 4. Due to its durability and light weight, it can be found in many aerospace designs and equipment, high-performance racing cars, golf club components, and medical equipment. Titanium also has extremely high corrosion resistance and has the highest strength-to-density ratio of all metals.

Titanium alloy : Ti-6AL-4V ( Grade 5, UNS R56400, AWS 4911 )

Sometimes called TC4, Ti64 (64 titanium), UNS R56400 or ASTM grade 5, it is an α-β titanium alloy with high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance. It is one of the most commonly used titanium alloys and is widely used in applications that require low density and excellent corrosion resistance, such as: aerospace industry and biomechanical applications (implants and prostheses). With high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance, it is an excellent choice for aerospace, medical, oil and gas and marine applications.

Copper-nickel alloy : Alloy 400 ( Monel 400, UNS N04400 )

Alloy 400 is a copper-nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. This alloy can only be hardened by cold working instead of heat treatment, and is one of the most commonly used corrosion-resistant alloys produced commercially. It is widely used in various industries and is particularly useful in the marine industry and chemical processing industry. Including pumps and valves, propeller shafts, ship fixtures and fasteners, electronic components, springs, chemical processing equipment, fresh and salt water tanks, processing vessels and piping, boiler feedwater heaters and other heat exchangers.

Stainless steel : UNS S20100, S20200, S30400, S31600, S42000, S44004

Stainless steel is also called stainless and acid-resistant steel, and its applications can be seen in various industries from daily necessities to automobile and motorcycle parts. The anti-rust ability mainly depends on the ratio of chromium element, and the anti-corrosion ability is determined by the ratio of nickel. According to the different ratios of the two, the 200, 300, 400 series are distinguished. Its anti-wear and good anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance are applicable to a wide range of occasions. .

Brass: C3600, C3602, C3604, C6802

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, so named because of its yellow color. The melting point is about 900-940 °C, depending on the composition. Brass has good mechanical properties and wear resistance, and can be used to manufacture precision instruments, ship parts, gun shells, coins, etc. Different zinc content will have different colors.

Copper: C1100, C17700, Phosphor Bronze, Bronze, Beryllium Copper

Copper is a naturally occurring non-magnetic metal and one of the metals that can be used directly in nature. It is malleable, easy to process and highly corrosion resistant. With excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, it is most commonly used in cables, electrical appliances, and electronic parts.

Aluminum alloy: AL2011, AL6061, AL7075, AL5056

Carbon steel: S15C ~ S45C

Carbon steel is usually used on metal parts that require strength, hardness and wear resistance. After processing and forming, parts usually need to be processed and tempered. The higher the carbon content of steel, the higher its hardness, strength and wear resistance after heat treatment. Carbon steel is divided into high-carbon steel, medium-carbon steel and low-carbon steel. These three types of carbon steel are divided into two types; according to their characteristics, high-carbon steel is hard and brittle, and low-carbon steel is soft and ductile.

Chrome molybdenum alloy: SCM415, SCM420, SCM435, SCM440

Chrome-molybdenum alloy steel (or chromium-molybdenum alloy) is an alloy used for high pressure and high temperature applications. Because of its corrosion resistance and high temperature and tensile strength, it is used in the oil and gas, energy, construction and automotive industries.

High carbon and high chromium alloy steel: SUJ2

SUJ2 (AISI 52100) alloy steel is called high carbon and high chromium alloy steel or bearing steel. It is a special steel with high wear resistance and rolling fatigue strength. It is mainly used in engine bearings and other high stress applications. Application examples include: bearing manufacturing, constant velocity joints, ball screws, gauges, etc.

Free-cutting steel: SUM24L (AISI 12L14)

SUM24L is a free-cutting structural steel. This steel adds lead (Pb), sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P) elements to increase the cutting surface and increase the surface finish of the machined surface. It is very suitable for mass production using automatic machine tools.

POM

POM is a material of thermoplastic crystalline polymer, suitable for occasions with high rigidity, low friction and dimensional stability. Because the cost is lower than other engineering plastics, POM is replacing some traditional metal materials to process precision parts. Such as: aluminum, brass, steel and zinc. POM has been widely used in electronic and electrical, machinery, instruments, daily light industry, automobiles, building materials, agriculture, etc.

TEFLON (PTFE)

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a milky white opaque plastic and high-performance fluoropolymer. It has excellent chemical resistance, temperature resistance, electrical insulation, light resistance, UV resistance and weather resistance, low friction coefficient and more properties.

PTFE is mainly used in aerospace industry, food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical and telecommunications, oil and gas, chemical processing, electrical/electronics and construction industry, medical and other industries.

PEEK

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is known for its high-performance engineering thermoplastics. It has excellent strength, abrasion resistance, abrasion resistance, and can be used normally at high temperatures. When used in harsh environments, the high strength of PEEK is often one of the alternatives to traditional materials. The flammability rating of PEEK is UL94V-0 spontaneous ignitability, and low smoke shows extremely low smoke and toxic gas emissions.
