Titanium : Grade 1, 2, 3, 4
Unalloyed commercial pure titanium is represented by four different grades, namely 1, 2, 3, and 4. Due to its durability and light weight, it can be found in many aerospace designs and equipment, high-performance racing cars, golf club components, and medical equipment. Titanium also has extremely high corrosion resistance and has the highest strength-to-density ratio of all metals.

Titanium alloy : Ti-6AL-4V ( Grade 5, UNS R56400, AWS 4911 )
Sometimes called TC4, Ti64 (64 titanium), UNS R56400 or ASTM grade 5, it is an α-β titanium alloy with high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance. It is one of the most commonly used titanium alloys and is widely used in applications that require low density and excellent corrosion resistance, such as: aerospace industry and biomechanical applications (implants and prostheses). With high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance, it is an excellent choice for aerospace, medical, oil and gas and marine applications.

Copper-nickel alloy : Alloy 400 ( Monel 400, UNS N04400 )
Alloy 400 is a copper-nickel alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. This alloy can only be hardened by cold working instead of heat treatment, and is one of the most commonly used corrosion-resistant alloys produced commercially. It is widely used in various industries and is particularly useful in the marine industry and chemical processing industry. Including pumps and valves, propeller shafts, ship fixtures and fasteners, electronic components, springs, chemical processing equipment, fresh and salt water tanks, processing vessels and piping, boiler feedwater heaters and other heat exchangers.

Stainless steel : UNS S20100, S20200, S30400, S31600, S42000, S44004

Carbon steel: S15C ~ S45C

Free-cutting steel: SUM24L (AISI 12L14)

PEEK
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is known for its high-performance engineering thermoplastics.
