STATEMENT OF CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

I. Customer Rights
Customers are entitled to complete and accurate disclosure regarding all entrusted or ordered products, including technical specifications, quotation details, delivery schedules, and after-sales service terms, ensuring full transparency of information.
They also have the right to freely choose product models, machining methods, material types, and other technical specifications based on their specific operational requirements.
All commercial information, design drawings, contact details, and proprietary data provided by customers shall be kept strictly confidential by the Company, and such information will not be disclosed to any third party without the customer’s prior written consent.
During the contractual period or the agreed service term, customers have the right to request product replacement, repair, or technical support in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement, ensuring reliable service assurance.
Furthermore, customers are encouraged to provide feedback or raise complaints at any point during the course of cooperation, and the Company will respond and provide appropriate resolutions within a reasonable timeframe.
II. Customer Obligations
To facilitate accurate production, customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted design drawings, technical specifications, and related data are complete and accurate, thereby preventing potential production errors, delivery delays, or operational disruptions.
Customers must also fulfill all obligations stipulated in the quotation or contract, including payment terms, delivery methods, and other agreed conditions, and must do so in a timely and responsible manner.
Before proceeding to formal production, it is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review and confirm all design drawings, samples, or prototypes provided by the Company. Such confirmation shall serve as the official reference for production, and the Company shall not be held liable for any issues resulting from unconfirmed designs or samples.
Customers shall respect the intellectual property of the Company and may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or otherwise utilize the Company’s design drawings, process documents, or proprietary technical data without obtaining prior written authorization.
In cases where customers are required to provide raw materials, technical documents, approvals, or other necessary inputs, they must do so in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery.
