- Achievable machining tolerances: ±0.003 mm for copper and aluminum; ±0.005 mm for other materials, subject to part geometry and machining requirements.
- We machine small-diameter precision parts, long shafts, sleeves, bushings, fittings, nuts, and components combining holes, flats, grooves, and contoured features.

CNC Turning Operations and Secondary Features

Integrated Turn-Mill Machining
- For parts that combine turned features with flats, holes, grooves, or contoured surfaces, turn-mill machining brings both processes onto one machine within an integrated workholding sequence.
- Operations can include outside-diameter turning, boring, facing, drilling, flat milling, slotting, hole machining, and contour milling. Reducing transfers between machines and repeated part setups helps minimize workholding errors and tolerance stack-up across machining operations.
